About the collection:
Kareen Akawi studies in Shenkar College of Engineering, Art and Design. Each of Kareen's garments comes from a capture of movement of a flamenco dancer Sara Baras. The designer watched videos of her passionate performances and paused when the eye caught such movement of her, of the dress she's wearing. Kareen took its silhouette and tried to recreate it in the digital form. The most important thing for her was to pass that feel of infinite move of the garment around the body.
